The best flats come from knowing someone. NOW YOU DO.

I'm Richard, a local and the guy behind Prague Together. I know the city, the language and who to call. That's why I hear about flats long before they're listed.

Flat Hunting

Richard helped me and my flatmate find an apartment, we moved in within a month. He is very proactive, quickly selecting several options according to our needs. He is very attentive to detail; in the apartments we checked, he verified everything to ensure that everything was correct and as agreed, and that nothing was defective. And with extensive knowledge of regulations and bureaucracy, he alerted us to unnecessary fees and potential scams in options we were interested in.

Flat Hunting

I had a great experience with Richard! We sat together one time to define my parameters (budged to move, rent price, region of Prague etc), and then he started searching. He would send links of potential apartments for me to check, and even when I sent him long lists of apartments I was interested in, he would carefully enter in contact with each one of them. At the end, he found me an excellent fully renovated, and fully equipped, apartment around Vyšehrad, which I was able to visit, sign the contract, and move in about a week.He speaks English very well, and the fact that he can contact owners in Czech is a very good advantage for foreigners, that still don't speak the language, to find an apartment safely and fast. If you are looking for an apartment in Prague, I strongly recommend his services.

Settling In

Richard is an amazing guy—fluent in English, always available, and very communicative. He helped me with registering and importing my car, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his professionalism and reliability. Highly recommended.

STRAIGHT TO MY PHONE

One minute from you, and I'LL TAKE IT FROM THERE.

You'll get a call within 24 hours, not an autoresponder. And when I put you in front of an owner, you're the easy yes, not the risky foreigner.

HOW IT GOES

From a phone call to KEYS

I call you
We go through what you actually need and what your budget gets you. Then your ID and proof of income by a private link, so you're the easy yes.
We see them together
Flats from people I know and from my own list of owners. We see them together, and I do the talking in Czech.
You pick one, I sort the terms
Deposit, notice period, move-in date: agreed with the owner, in writing, before you sign anything.
Keys and Prague
You're in. And Prague goes back to being a city instead of a property market.

YOU'RE NOT ARRIVING ALONE

PRAGUE TOGETHER

A community that actually meets. Several nights a week. All in person: jams, dining out, board games, Sunday strolls, the very best of Prague. People come to make friends and end up helping each other settle in.
